We recommend booking ahead to get your preferred day and time. You can book through our online booking system, by email or by phone during opening hours. We'll always do our best to fit in last-minute bookings where we can.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. It comes off your treatment price on the day.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to complete any forms (these are required for some treatments). If you're running late, please call us so we can prepare.

If you arrive significantly late and we can't fit your appointment in around other bookings, your deposit will be forfeited.

We'll text you 48 hours before your appointment and ask you to reply YES or NO to confirm. If an appointment is left unconfirmed, or you don't attend, your booking deposit will be forfeited.

We need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit. To make a change, please call (02) 8068 8477 during opening hours or email info@melissayoungbeauty.com.au.

Every time you spend with us, on a treatment or on products, you earn Loyalty Dollars as a thank you for your support.

They can be saved up and redeemed once you have a balance of at least $30. Loyalty Dollars are valid for 12 months and can be used on any service or product at MYB.

We ship within Australia. Standard shipping is $9.95 and express is $12.95. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and standard delivery generally takes 2 to 7 days.

Shipping overseas? Email info@melissayoungbeauty.com.au for a quote. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

We accept change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as products are unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Return postage is at your cost, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us straight away so we can help.
